The Hertz Corporation Revenue Management Manager, Pricing Systems in Estero, Florida

General Responsibilities

The Manager of Revenue Management, with a focus on Pricing Systems, is responsible for managing the key pricing systems (RMS, RAM) as well as functions that integrate with these systems. This is a highly critical role working closely with the Pricing team as well as IT Pricing Systems Support teams. This individual must have strong collaborative, communication, problem solving, and technical skills that allow them to fully support the pricing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business team to identify and prioritize new enhancements and functionality to build a best in class global pricing system

  • Project lead of migration from Hertz legacy pricing system to RMS

  • Support business needs within the Rate Management (RMS) pricing system, and reporting environments

  • Provide proactive clarity into systems and server efficiency, speed, throughput and assist in problem solving for potential issues

  • Liaison and support between RMS development team, IT Pricing Systems Support team, and Pricing team

  • Assist in problem solving with canvass vendors, IT, and Revenue Management

  • Assist in global conversions and support of pricing systems into RMS

  • Maintain all security levels within RMS, including approvals of new user access requests

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills – an ability to translate technical IT terms and language into succinct and clear recommendations for peers and executive audiences

  • Drive to solve complex problems with bringing together the right cross functional team; able to make tough decisions while understanding risks

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • Known experience with current systems is highly preferred

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent, required

Professional Experience:

  • 7-10+ years previous experience in a systems support role

  • Experience within a complex, legacy system as well as business communication skills

  • Process innovation and development; management via KPIs

Other:

  • Must be willing to relocate to Estero, Florida area
