The Hertz Corporation Reservation Agent HRD in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

General Responsibilities

Overview :

Handle incoming calls from customers, insurance and fleet replacement representatives for bookings for all applicable locations. Will be trained in the HLES Insurance Replacement counter system, HIRS booking application, Excel and other related systems. Also make outbound calls for initial customer contact on Insurance Replacement authorizations in HLES as assigned by department Team Leaders. Backup of other phone departments may be required.

  1. Efficiently and effectively handling inbound and outbound phone calls with Hertz customers according to the call performance guidelines and SOP’s, answering customers questions accurately regarding rates and services related to insurance replacement rentals.

  2. Meeting all metric requirements as established based on business need

  3. Maintaining acceptable attendance

  4. Excelling in customer service and sales techniques

  5. Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements

Responsibilities :

Educational Background: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Professional Experience: None


  • Reservation training

  • HLES/HIRS experience preferred


  • Excellent oral and Written communication

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
